Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your original packaging.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your unused candles in their original boxes and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new selection within 5-7 business days.
